The Challenge
Design and manage the production of a new audiovisual training offer aimed at entrepreneurs and business owners, maintaining high visual and pedagogical standards. The project involved creating 25 new courses and updating 15 existing ones, totaling over 120 hours of learning content.
Strategy & Approach
I led both the visual and instructional conceptualization of the project, proposing graphic styles aligned with instructional design principles to enhance autonomous learning in an engaging and accessible manner.
In addition to designing, I was also responsible for:

Coordinating an interdisciplinary team of over 15 professionals, including designers, subject-matter experts, style correctors, and developers.

Managing timelines, partial and final deliveries, ensuring quality and punctuality.

Serving as the main point of contact with the client, facilitating feedback loops and approvals efficiently.

Results

+2.150 educational graphic assets developed (infographics, animations, icons, UI elements, videos, characters, etc.)

Personal Reflection
This project not only strengthened my skills as a graphic designer specialized in educational content but also challenged me to lead and manage complex production workflows.
Communication, structure, and creativity were essential ingredients. It truly felt like running a small educational production studio for over two years, and I loved every bit of it!
